Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible following order confirmation. However during busy periods and public holidays dispatch time may vary.
Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the below rates:
Small Accessory orders under £100: £3.45
Small Accessory orders over £100: FREE SHIPPING
Large Accessories & Furniture orders under £350: £34.50
Large Accessories & Furniture orders over £350: FREE SHIPPING

Delivery Timings
Please note: All Large Accessory & Furniture orders will take a little longer to arrive with you however we will communicate estimated delivery timings upon order confirmation.
Packaging
Where possible we will use as much recycled & reused packaging as we can, don't worry if it doesn't look box fresh when you get it just know that together we are doing our bit for the planet! Of course please photograph and let us know if you notice any damage to a package upon its arrival by sending and email to hello@willowandwood.co.uk we will then investigate this further.
Returns
We trust you will love your new items however we know for time to time things can change...
- If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day it is delivered
- How to let us know. To let us know you want to change your mind, contact us at: hello@willowandwood.co.uk, or alternatively please fill in the online form found at: willowandwood.co.uk/contact
- You have to return the product at your own cost
- We reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product
- If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us)
- We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
